There’s a couple things that are necessary when you get pierced in certain areas. Downsizing is super important. When we pierce your cartilage, a good piercer will put in a stud/bar that is just a little long. This is because you are going to swell and we want to make sure it won’t get embedded or pulled into the ear. After about 6-8 weeks we usually recommend coming back in and getting it shortened or ‘downsized’. We charge $5 for the service and anywhere between $5-$10 depending on the bar. Th
